Monthly archives: March 2015

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the launch and made yesterday such a wonderful evening!

We’ve extended the deadline to complete the enrolment form to Monday evening 6pm. We’ve had so much interest in the Workspaces and we want to give everyone a chance to read through the module descriptions and fill out the form. At this moment, we only have limited spaces, but we hope to cater for everyone committed in the near future.

To apply for the first two modules, please fill out the form online here.

Join us for the launch of Decoloniality London Workspaces

This coming Saturday March 14th will be the launch of Decolonial Workspaces, a free study program about how this modern/colonial world was made and why it needs to end. We strongly believe decolonial and counter-racist thought & praxis should be at the heart of actions to change the world around us.

Apart from the launch being an invitation to participate in the workspaces we are also hoping for people to get involved in some of the other projects Decoloniality London has been working on where we can share, create and develop this further. It will be a special evening with module presentations, stalls, live Afrobeat music and healthy food for all where we hope to connect to other committed people.

Those who wish to participate in the workspaces can sign up either online or at the launch via registration forms which will be made available on the day. Registration will only be open for the first two modules “Ending The World” and “Decolonising Pedagogy”. Sign-up for following modules will open closer to their start date. More information will follow soon.

We hope to meet you Saturday and that the past year of thoughts, efforts and love gone into building this will reach you.

Peace,

Decoloniality London
